Is there a cost to plan a tailor-made tour?
No — planning is completely free. We design your itinerary, discuss options and refine everything without any charge. You only pay once you confirm the tour and are fully satisfied with the plan. There is no obligation at any stage before confirmation.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For most itineraries 4 to 6 weeks ahead is comfortable. For trips during peak season (December to March) or those requiring specific accommodation on popular dates, 2 to 3 months is advisable. However, we work hard to accommodate last-minute requests — contact us even if your trip is only 2 to 3 weeks away and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange.
Can you arrange accommodation as well as the touring?
Yes, and we recommend it. We have established relationships with carefully selected hotels at every price point across Sri Lanka and can arrange everything from boutique guesthouses to luxury properties as part of your package. All our accommodation recommendations are based on actual guest feedback — we never recommend a property we have not personally verified.
Do you cater to solo travellers, couples and large groups?
We cater for all group sizes from solo travellers to families and groups of up to 12. Our vehicles range from comfortable saloon cars for solo travellers and couples to larger vans for bigger groups. Every tour is private regardless of group size — you are never combined with other guests.
What if I want to change the itinerary after I have confirmed?
Itinerary flexibility is one of our defining commitments. Call or message us at any point during your trip and we will rearrange whatever is logistically possible. An extra day in Ella, a change of accommodation, a different route — these are handled directly and usually within the hour. This is one of the most consistent things our guests mention in their reviews.
What languages do your guides and drivers speak?
All our drivers and guides speak English. We can arrange specialist guides in Spanish, German and Russian for an additional charge. For other languages, please ask us and we will tell you what we can arrange.
